Offer Feedback on Sanborn Dining Services

We are looking for ways to improve your campus dining experience and need input.  We will be conducting a quick (about 5 minutes) survey to gather feedback on Sanborn dining services.  The survey will be open through May 6th.

Your opinions will help us enhance the quality, variety and convenience of food offerings.

There are two ways to take the survey (a) via an e-mail invitation or (b) scan the QR code on a table tent located around campus.  

As a thank you, one survey participant will win a $50 Amazon gift card.
