Open Enrollment May 1 – June 1, 2026
Open Enrollment 2026 – 2027
May 1, 2026 – June 1, 2026
This year’s Benefits Open Enrollment will run from May 1, 2026 (9 am), to June 1, 2026 (11:59 pm). During this period, you have the opportunity to make changes to your benefits, such as adjusting your coverage options, adding dependents, or switching between plans. You will need to complete open enrollment on PlanSource ONLY if you are making changes to current benefits or enrolling in ANY Medical or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). Please note that these FSAs require an annual enrollment, even if you do not make any other changes to your benefits as FSAs do not roll over year to year. If you are not making changes to your medical or dental coverage you do not have to go onto PlanSource and elect coverage. Your elections from this year will automatically carry over for the 2025/2026 plan year.
All benefit eligible employees will be able to make changes to their benefit elections during this time. Benefit election changes will take effect 09/01/2026.
You will find this experience to be quick and easy! This online system will include all benefit costs, as well as detailed benefit summaries that will outline important benefit plan information.
