SUNY Niagara Student Showcase

Applications for the 2026 Student Showcase are due on February 25, and there is still time to recruit a student!

Faculty recruitment is the most effective way to encourage participation. Many students do not always recognize their own strengths or potential. By recruiting a student, you serve as a faculty mentor—guiding them in planning their project, designing their poster, and meeting important deadlines. The librarians and the Showcase Committee are available to support both you and your student through the entire process.

As an added incentive, students have the opportunity to win substantial cash prizes—up to $1,000. Every participant has a genuine chance of earning an award.

The Student Showcase will be held in conjunction with Open House on April 23, making participation a proactive recruitment opportunity for your program. Prospective students will be able to see the impressive work of your current students, inspiring them to take the next step toward enrollment.

If you have any questions or would like further information, please reach out to a committee member (Andy Aquino, Matthew Clarcq, Raylene Coogan, Madison Ebsary, Glory Fox, Pamela Lange, Jean Linn, or Andrew Yeager) or visit our website: https://sunyniagara.edu/showcase/

We look forward to seeing the outstanding projects your students create!
