NFCI Faculty and Students achieve American Culinary Federation awards and honors

The students and Faculty from the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute won four out of five possible awards for professional and Student Chef of the Year honors presented by the American Culinary Federation-WNY Chapter. The event was held at the Historic Saturn Club and was tremendously supported in numbers and spirit by the award winner’s family, friends, colleagues and mentors. We are so proud of Chef Nathan, Chef Cathy, Chef Tia and Chef Kaycee!!
