Academic Deficiency – Required Academic Affairs Reporting

Academic Deficiency reporting in Banner Web is now open and is due by 11:59PM on Friday, October 10th. Academic Affairs will send a letter to each identified student, and their assigned Success Coach will conduct outreach.

Directions: · Banner Web –> Faculty and Advisor Services –> Click on Faculty Feedback Alerts

· Click on each course that you are reporting on –> Click anywhere in the empty space of the row for your class to open the roster of students in your class.

o For each student report issues/positive recognition, give recommendations, and leave comments (all viewable by student).
