Academic Deficiency – Required Academic Affairs Reporting

Academic Deficiency reporting in Banner Web closes tonight at 11:59PM, Friday, October 10^th.  Academic Affairs will send a letter to each identified student, and their assigned Success Coach will conduct outreach. 

• Please complete your submissions for Academic Deficiency feedback by 11:59PM Friday, October 10^th
• Download the Fall 2025 Faculty Feedback Window Guide

Directions:

• Banner Web –> Faculty and Advisor Services –> Click on Faculty Feedback Alerts

• Click on each course that you are reporting on –> Click anywhere in the empty space of the row for your class to open the roster of students in your class. 
  • For each student report issues/positive recognition, give recommendations, and leave comments (all viewable by student).
