ACADEMIC DEFICIENCY – REQUIRED ACADEMIC AFFAIRS REPORTING

Academic Deficiency reporting in Banner Web is open as of Friday, February 20^th, and is due by end of day on Thursday, February 26^th.  Academic Affairs will send a letter to each identified student, and their assigned Success Coach will conduct outreach. 

• Please submit Academic Deficiency feedback by end of day on February 26th.

Reporting Directions:

• Banner Web –> Faculty and Advisor Services –> Faculty Feedback
  • • Select the course you are reporting on
    • Click anywhere in the course row to open your class roster
    • For each student, report either Academic Deficiency or positive recognition, give recommendations and leave comments (all viewable by the student).
