Bi-Weekly Federal Income Tax Withholding Tables

Every new calendar year, the IRS updates the federal income tax withholding tables, including the wage bracket tables for bi-weekly pays. ADP automatically updates payroll tax tables with any IRS updates. The Payroll Office does not initiate or control these changes.

It is the employee’s responsibility to monitor their pay statements for changes in tax withholdings. If an employee feels not enough taxes are being withheld from their bi-weekly pay, they can make changes to their W-4 (federal), and/or IT-2104 (state) forms on PeopleAdmin, by following the PeopleAdmin Instructions.  To restate for clarity, it is the employee’s responsibility to monitor their tax withholdings throughout the year and adjust accordingly.

Employees can view/print their pay statements on ADP iPay. If you have not registered for an account, please use the ADP iPay Instructions to do so.

If you have any questions, please contact Cindy Walker, ext. 6442, or Vicki Wertman, ext. 6441.

Thank you.
