Men’s golf wins regional title

SUNY Niagara won its second consecutive Region III Championship on Tuesday afternoon at the Par-72 Glen Oak Golf Club. The Thunderwolves amassed 633 total strokes (319-314), which was eight clear of runner-up Hudson Valley CC (641). It is the men’s golf program’s fourth regional title in the past five seasons. The Thunderwolves will now compete in the NJCAA Div. III Championships on June 3-6 at Chautauqua Golf Club.
