Attention Faculty – Submit Your S/U/W/I Recommendations
As instructional faculty, the information you provide through Faculty Feedback in Banner Web matters! S/U/W/I Recommendation reporting in Banner Web will open by 8AM on Friday, November 7th, and is due by noon on Friday, November 14th.
- Please submit S/U/W/I Recommendations by noon on November 14th.

Directions:
- Banner Web–> Faculty and Advisor Services –> Click on Faculty Feedback Alerts
- Click on each course that you are reporting on –> Click anywhere in the empty space of the row for your class to open the roster of students in your class.
- Click on the black triangle/arrow next to the student name to expand the options
- For each student, report issues/positive recognition, give recommendations and leave comments (all viewable by the student).
