Baseball wins regional championship

The SUNY Niagara baseball program won its ninth Region III Div. III championship this past weekend at Falcon Park in Auburn, NY. The top-seeded and unbeaten Thunderwolves (49-0 overall) knocked off Finger Lakes CC, Herkimer College and FLCC for a second time to win the title. SUNY Niagara will head back to Falcon Park for the NJCAA Div. III World Series, which is scheduled for May 24-29.
