Student Showcase Savor Seasonal Dinner

Join us for the Savor Seasonal Dinner Student Showcase on Friday, April 26 at 6 PM, led by Executive Chef John Pope and featuring the talents of our advanced culinary students. This five-course dinner highlights the vibrant flavors of spring with dishes like a Roasted Oyster Trio, Jerk Chicken Steamed Buns, Seared Scallops with Quinoa and Butternut Squash Purée, Seared Duck Breast with Mushroom Risotto and Berry Reduction, and a Standing Lemon Tart with Raspberry Coulis and Sorbet.
