Nursing Retention Specialist

SUNY Niagara is seeking a Nursing Retention Specialist to support Nursing students from enrollment to graduation. This grant-funded, para-professional role reports to the Dean of Nursing, Physical & Allied Health and focuses on student outreach, academic support, and retention initiatives. The position involves developing success workshops, monitoring student progress, assisting with enrollment, and maintaining documentation.
